Wexford County Enterprise Board has been established since 1993 as a limited company with its own board of directors.

The fifteen members of the Board represent the State agencies, the local authority, the business sector and the social partners.  Wexford County Enterprise Board meets on a monthly basis typically on the fourth Tuesday of every month.  The Board currently consists of the following persons:

The agenda for the board meeting generally includes the adoption of the minutes of the last meeting, matters arising since the last meeting, a progress report presented by the CEO of Wexford County Enterprise Board, a discussion of projects for consideration for financial assistance and any other business which the board members bring to the meeting.
